About Jasmine

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m a versatile middle who plays fast and efficient, and I can pass and hit anywhere across the net. I focus on making good reads and contributing on both offense and defense.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I stay calm and composed on the court, and I like to let my game speak for itself. I focus on making smart plays and staying consistent every point.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

French Club, Key Club, Baking Club, Girls Mentor Girls

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I’ve developed strong teamwork and communication skills, and I try to be a positive teammate on and off the court. I also lead by example by staying consistent, working hard, and supporting my teammates.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

At 15, I’ve been one of the youngest on my teams, so I had to grow up fast and stay mentally strong. It helped me become more confident and someone my team can rely on.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college where I can grow as a player and a person, be part of a close team, and be challenged both academically and athletically.

Rawlins uses nice ball control to place hard gap shots and ones. She mixes in nice slides to opposite side lines. She hits off blocks for big points. Rawlins is a sound blocker and server. She uses good technique to form solid double blocks at the net.
