Walling helped lead Cascade Christian to an outstanding season, finishing second to Chelan in the 1A State Championship. The junior has an excellent all-around game; her background on the beach has given her soft hands as a setter, good defensive instincts, quickness, and an arm swing that she uses to score from the pin and the pipe. Walling is now the #74 overall-ranked player in the 2026 class.

Walling has a big arm when she rotates out of the setting position and transitions into a dangerous attacker. The sophomore stand-out can pound a kill with authority, using a quick and forceful approach to generate power. Walling can also attack out of the pipe and has excellent control and location with her swings. Her high-level beach experience makes a difference playing defense, Walling reacts quickly and can go down and dig out hard swings and off-speed shots. The 5’7 prospect is physical and strong, she can push a set to the pin or go up and win a joust against a taller player.
