Expert Analysis
Mike Bryant | Prep Dig Scout
Navaluna (*pictured) was impressive for multiple reasons. First, she tracks point flow and reads well, which is paired with her low center preparation to make good defensive play. Secondly, she is quick. Although smaller in stature, she creates range with her speed and her balanced positioning allows her to go get the ball. Her abilities helped keep points alive and create good offensive opportunities for her side.

Starting as a freshman libero can be a tall task, Navaluna is handling business in the early part of the season for the Wildcats. Facing a Marysville-Pilchuck squad with several good arms, Navaluna hung in against hard, aggressive swings and showed excellent awareness on off-speed shots and tips. The 2028 prospect is racking up digs, and her feel for the game shows even as a first-year varsity player.
