Karaline is a big thumper from a small school “up north” that has played the great majority of her club ball in the Chicagoland area. More of an M2 at this point in her career, you cannot deny the presence she brings at 6’4”, and the pace with which she attacks when she gets a hold of an in-system set. I’m sure I have her too low on the rankings list simply because of her size. I’m greatly looking forward to how she might perform in the 16 Liberty division in Saint Louis at MEQ in two weekends.

Standing 6’4 but moving more like 5’11, this unicorn from Epic United Volleyball is only just beginning to come into her own. She gets off the net quickly, showing impressive mobility, and her footwork on both 2‑step and 3‑step approaches is fluid and improving fast. Her attacks are far from predictable she keeps defenders guessing, mixing timing, angles, and decisions with wisedom at this stage. At the net, she builds a wall, pressing early and using her length to control space. Her hands are as good as they come for her age group, consistently sealing and redirecting hitters. She slides end to end with instinct, reacting quickly and getting to the ball on nearly every attempt. And here’s the scary part  if she’s not done growing and adds her full physical strength, she’s going to be an absolute force. The ceiling is high, and the momentum is real!
