We were able to see Toomer shine as a right side hitter for NPJ Portland 16-1 National. A left handed attacker, the right side is a natural fit for her. However, she is very involved in the offense, and is often set when on the outside, coming in for a 3 to obliterate the ball.

With strong leaping abilities and a fast arm, she was a contributor to her team during scrimmages.
