Keoni’s gratitude:
“First I want to thank God if it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be here. Secondly my family, thank you for always sticking by my side and pushing me beyond the limits that this world holds us too, so thankful you love me through thick and thin. Thirdly thank you to everyone who has pushed me to reach all I desire, it’s truly a blessing to have people around me that aren’t blood but sees The Big Dreams I have and wants it just as bad for me as I do for myself.”

Keoni’s advice to younger athletes chasing the same path:
“Word of advice I can give to younger girls is to stay true to yourself. Focus on what it is that you want and go and get it. Don’t worry about what everyone else has going on, as long as you put in the work what’s for you will come!”
Keoni’s voice on growth through the UA All-America experience:
“Being apart of UA All-American has impacted my growth as an athlete in so many ways. Not only was I highly driven before being apart of UA All-American, but now that I am my hunger for the game has increased even more. Knowing that I am apart of something bigger than myself has really opened my eyes to push myself even more, with the mindset of the sky’s the limit.”

2025 UA All-American, MH, Team Rose
Keoni’s voice: “Being selected as a UA All-American means the world to me. It’s truly a honor to be selected, I couldn’t thank God enough. I would sit and be so excited to watch these games every year, with the thought of if I stay dedicated and put in the work day in and out this could really be me. Which is why knowing that I was selected as a UA All-American means the world to me.”

Expect Williams to be a force at the net for Dallas Skyline 17 Royal Ping in the 17 Open division. The best middle in Texas in her age group according to our Prep Dig State Rankings, she’s a beast at the net and her play heavily impacts the outcome of matches. Williams’ offense is absolutely flawless, as besides being capable of hitting any set in the middle, she uses her excellent footwork to get to the ball, her impressive vertical to rise above the net and heavy, yet quick right arm to hammer it down – her slide is among the very best in the country. Making it past her huge block is no easy task either as she uses her arms extremely well and is great at making adjustments on the go.

, I play for Dallas Skyline 16 Royal as a middle blocker. Here are some workouts and things I do outside of our intense practices at Skyline.
Swac where I practice 3 to 4 times a week is about an hour and a half from my house, so doing multiple privates a week at Swac is tricky.
I do a lot of workouts and lifting at my school that work on being quick and explosive and I also go to the gym with my dad where we work on strengthening different muscles and staying consistent.
Of course getting reps is very important so I do take practice very serious making sure I’m getting good reps and being invited to NTDP and other camps make a big difference with gaining knowledge of the game and reps as well, which I’m very thankful for!
I love doing all of this because I want to take my game to the next level and I know putting in the work will get me there along with keeping God first and staying humble!!
