Cashmere has another dynamic, athletic attacker on the pin in the 5’9″ Baty. She has a terrific vertical and generates power on her attacks- keeping the ball in front and getting her entire body into the swing. She had an excellent club season run with NCWVBC 16 Gold, racking up kills while playing up an age division.

Baty can compete on the outside against taller blockers; she has an outstanding vertical and works around or off the block with excellent vision. The Cashmere freshman can hammer it to the angle or swing line. She is doing an excellent job mixing up her swings and keeping defenses guessing. Cashmere will be tough to handle again next season, and Baty is going to be a problem for teams in the South Central Athletic Conference.
