Smart played for the CRU MAX 17 team that competed in the U17 USA Division at USAV Nationals. CRU MAX finished 27th overall with a 5-5 record and an excellent showing in a tough division. Smart is a 2027 prospect from Cashmere who will also represent the Evergreen Region at the USA All-Star tournament in Iowa. A sweet, swinging lefty, Smart played a wicked angle shot and crafted intelligent, tough swings when given a difficult set. She has plenty of pop as an attacker and is adding more control to her attempts.
