One this is very clear after watching Miss Chavez in the SoCal showcase, this young lady will go all out for every ball no matter where it falls on the court.  With no regard for her own safety at times, she will sprawl out on the floor during emergency situations and keep that ball from hitting the court.  Looking like superwoman, she flew all over the court during the position specific drills and definitely made a name for herself as a tenacious defender.  Not only did she dive on the floor, but she got up just as quick ready for the next play and that is exactly who college coaches keep on their list during recruitment.  As I watched her compete, I saw a player who would never give up on a play and that is someone that anyone would go to battle with on any given day.  We strongly suggest everyone keeps their eye on this back row baller.
