We had to get Wemhoff in the mix after her brilliant regional outings with AVC 17 Blue. She has all the length, explosiveness, and range needed to play up an age group in the Antelope Volleyball Club gym. She joined a stacked 17 Blue lineup and secured the team’s GJNC path through the Great Plains Region Bid Tournament. The fun was not limited to local venues, however. AVC’s Indianapolis trip yielded a top-ten finish, securing Wemhoff’s spot in the 2028 rankings.

Wemhoff has established herself as the true go-to for AVC 17 Blue’s watch list. She currently lurks on our 2027 watch list, but recent performances have justified a rankings ascent for the Kearney Catholic senior. 17 Blue brought its central Nebraska crew to the Great Plains Region Bid Tournament and leveraged Wemhoff’s scoring prowess from the first whistle. This dynamic left-side hitter can generate offense through her off-speed shots or tee off down the line when given a window. We’re eager to see what AVC can contribute to Nebraska’s small-town renaissance at the club level.
