About Kyra

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Aggressive, I try to give my all whenever I’m playing. I also get hyped for my other teammate’s great moments! I want us all to be in the moment and playing hard!

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m working hard to overcome self doubt and know that mistakes will happen. I am building my confidence and like to keep things a little fun while being a leader.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’m involved in FCA and was one of the leaders for 7th and 8th grade.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have built confidence and opened up with getting to know people better and helping to be a leader whether it’s on the court or off.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I recently had an ankle surgery this year and the year prior had a broken ankle. Being out part of the season was hard not to be the one on the court, but I learned to help my teammates and how important my role is off the court as well.

What type of college are you looking for?

I would love to play for a University that is volleyball driven, and where I can grow stronger and utilize my talents.

Please welcome Miss Bolden to the prestigious State Rankings.  She is currently ranked as the 24th best overall prospect in the 2028 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings.  She plays for Wylie High School in Abilene and also for the Peak Volleyball Academy .  Kiki has been one of the most explosive players in the entire state and is a kill leader this year for all sophomores across the entire state.  Currently with 434 kills on a very impressive .288 hitting percentage, she is a star on the rise.  What I love about her game is her confidence.  She always wants the ball and it doesn’t matter where she is on the court as she is a threat to score.  Armed with a golden right arm and lightning quick speed, she can throttle the ball with authority.  She has the ability to score on both pins and also with second tempo sets out of the middle, you can label her an offensive juggernaut.  We will be watching her closely and you should also.  She will be a prize for any college who gives her a shot.  Please help us congratulate her on earning a spot in our State Rankings.
