Lauren Abrahamson Lauren Abrahamson MB MN continues to distinguish herself with the little things that winning middles do. She’s good laterally, does an impressive job of sealing seams with her pin blockers, and knows how to take a good angle without overcommitting. As soon as her team gets a dig, she’s already thinking about another quick-tempo option before the defense can recover. Abrahamson is a developing, young middle who does a solid job reading the net and tracking play. She moves laterally with good control, consistently getting her hands on balls on both offense and defense while maintaining balance and avoiding the net. She brings a steady, reliable presence to the middle and adds additional value with an effective float serve that racked up many points for her team on the weekend.
