Lauren Fiers Lauren Fiers 5'7" | MB/RS WI brings a steady and physical presence to the middle that consistently impacts both phases of the game. At the net, she shows strong timing and discipline, pressing over the tape with active hands and doing a good job sealing seams on pin transitions. Fiers tracks the setter well and closes space quickly, forcing attackers into lower-percentage swings.

Offensively, she operates efficiently in system, showing strong connection on quick tempo and staying available in transition. Fiers does a good job staying patient and recognizing defensive gaps rather than over-swinging. Lauren is a very smart middle. Her bread and butter is the deep corner shot, and she can paint the end line with the ball. It is an impressive shot for any volleyball player to make consistently, much less someone in their 15s club year. She utilizes other swings and shots and is incredibly crafty at the net. The way she adjusts to her sets also makes her very versatile and reduces any potential errors.
