Radtke help give the Rockets solid defense. She makes quality first touches lining her body up to balls and places jump serves to different parts of the court. Radtke also played a big role keeping Ryle out of system. Radtke also does a good job communicating on the court. Radtke said things all start with first touches, adding the offense can do the rest with little issues if that happens.

Radtke gave the Rockets sound defensive play in the fall and is trying to enhance those skills in the fall. Radtke keeps her eyes on hitters and soundly anticipates where balls are going. Radtke has good form even when she has to bend some to dig up balls. If she has to track down balls running the opposite direction of the net, Radtke still sends balls back toward the net with a purpose so hitters can make plays on them.

Radtke provided the Rockets some big defensive support this past season. She controls the back row well diving after hard and softly hit balls alike. She squares her arms up to balls well making consistent two to three-point passes. Radtke had 163 digs and 47 aces helping the Rockets to an undefeated Co-Ed Greater Catholic League title, a 22-5 record and a spot in the Division IV region title game.
