Justice (pictured) continues to improve her all-around game at the net with refined swings from the pins and the middle. Justice may not be the tallest middle around, but she does get up and try to get hands on balls to slow them down. Justice hopes to have a big season for the Eagles in the fall.

Justice not only disrupted at the net, but ended up leading the Scott offensive attack in the win over Paintsville with 10 kills. She took great swings and helped the Eagles get out of a slump in the second game. Justice finished that game with a big kill. Justice said she does not believe she’s ever led the Eagles in kills before. Justice said touches at the net help slow balls down and make it easier for defensive specialists to make first passes.

Justice consistently controls the net for the Eagles and did so again this game. She popped some balls in the air on blocks to get Scott in rhythm. She’s an improved offensive threat this year trying to become a good all-around player.

Justice controlled the net well, especially in the third and fourth games. She gets excited after a big block or kill and that is contagious for the rest of the team. She is not afraid to call for balls on serve receive then makes nice passes. She recovers quick to dig up balls if they do not go down on the other end. Justice also pounds down overkills.
