Lauren is a strong force at the net for Eminence. She has a solid block with good reach, excellent timing and great swing step technique! She travels well along the net and can returns balls with great control and a great platform, transitioning off the net fast and correctly. She works well with the pins and covers getting balls back up into play. Lauren can tip well and knows where to place the ball, reading the court well and intimidating the opposition at the net. She’s got game!

Thomas gives the Warriors size and athleticism in the middle. Thomas is tough on the quicks. Thomas also has great form on her blocking. Thomas should get a number of one-on-one opportunities with the talent around her in the front row. Thomas had 143 kills and 113 blocks last fall, helping the Warriors go 25-7 and make it to the 8th Region quarterfinals.
