We saw glimpses of Williams’ gains in her game as an attacker and defender in KC. TSE does a good job of getting middles involved and Williams does good work to get herself available and up quickly to be able to use her long reach and high contact point. She scored on and away from her setter with good control and movement. Defensively, watch out. She had some help at the pins but even more impressive was that she had times that took care of business alone to get up and over to send the ball back at the hitter with authority.

Williams’ (*pictured) increased effectiveness and impact has not gone without notice as she was the best offensive factor for Milford in 2025. Just shy of 200 total kills, her impact was felt through her efficiency at .345 and a 48% kill rate. At 6’1, she has big presence at the net as she continues to improve how she moves and uses her arm on the offensive side. A great part of her game is her ability to develop a big runway in transition that allows her time to build momentum, stay behind her setter, and get open early in the air to bring arm speed and attacking pace at the point of contact.

Williams had a solid club season with her Tri-State Elite team that competed well all year. The 6’1 middle concluded the club season displaying the offensive impact she can make with her length and ability to get on top of the ball well through quick options around her setter. She averaged nearly two kills per set for Milford last fall and with a solid core group of offensive threats returning in 2025, she should be able to find more opportunities to score to match the improvements she has made as a net defender.

A 2028 middle for Tri-State Elite ‘s top 15U team, Williams looks more assertive and confident as an offensive threat each time I see her compete. With improved movement and timing in her transition and approach work, her impact offensively is increasing, which helps create more balance and depth for her team overall. At 6’1 and with good lift, her physical tools are in place along with a good foundation in her skills that have shown some big moments on both sides of the ball.

The 6’1 Williams (*pictured) was part of a corps of young prospects for Milford that led the Eagles to a respectable fourth place finish in the ECC given their youth in key offensive positions. She is continuing to develop her versatility with her best output coming from the middle phase although her length is an asset when swinging through a higher tempo on either pin. She averaged 2.0 k/s on a .298 efficiency to go along with 2.1 b/m to contribute a balanced stat line on both sides of the ball. She will compete with Tri-State Elite ‘s top 15U team among a solid collection of athletes and is expected to be a primary threat around the setter.
