Lena showed steady progress as an outside who continues to expand her offensive comfort. Over the past season, she demonstrated improved footwork and timing, allowing her to attack with better balance and control. She has shown flashes of strong shot selection, especially when attacking against a set block.

Lena Fleming Lena Fleming 5'6" | OH/DS/L Douglas | 2029 State SD is a promising six-rotation outside hitter stepping into her freshman year with a well-rounded skill set. She plays with poise and a strong volleyball IQ for her age, showing confidence both at the net and in the back row. Offensively, she has a clean approach and can score in a variety of situations, especially when attacking out of system. On the defensive side, Lena brings solid platform work and reads the game well in serve-receive. With continued development in high-pressure match play, she’s on track to be an impact player early in her high school career.
