About Lila

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a lefty setter/opposite! I love setting and running the offense in the game. I am left-handed so dumping and swinging is super fun. I run quick-tempo sets and love playing defense.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I have a very positive leader-shaped mindset. I am super energized and hyped on and off the court. I also love being a leader on and off the court.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in FCCLA, Youth Group, Yearbook, 4-H, and church choir.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed being a great teammate. Over the summer I worked on the mindset aspect of being a leader and understanding what it takes to understand my teammates.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Some challenges I have faced are being from a very small club and high school which means fewer resources and working harder to be the best you can.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that values team culture and being a family by pushing each other to be the best version of themselves every day
