About Lillie

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I am a left-handed setter who specializes in running a 5-1 offense, bringing leadership, strong decision-making, and a calm presence to the court. I take pride in controlling tempo, distributing the ball effectively, and putting my hitters in the best position to succeed. In addition to setting, I am a strong right-side attacker who can score against blocks using smart shot selection.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I take pride in being known as the "calm on the court". I am a dependable and dedicated teammate who values communication, hard work, and continuous improvement.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am a member of Students for Christ at my school.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have worked hard over the last few seasons to develop my leadership skills and use my voice on the court. I am working on actively and intentionally using my voice to empower my team—offering encouragement, direction, and practical guidance to help us succeed.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

This year, I embraced the challenge of transitioning between different positions when needed to maximize my contribution to the team. I'm building versatility by successfully switching between multiple positions, so I can be where the team needs me most. This includes learning to play right-back and implementing back-row attacks.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am open to colleges of all levels that allow me to successfully balance being an active volleyball player with my academic responsibilities.
