As the second option all season long for the Royals, it was a pleasant surprise to see Lily FINALLY take over a match in the semifinal with 26 kills in the five-set epic win over Brownstown Central. Then, she turns around in the nightcap and becomes the primary attacker AGAIN in the quick sweep of Tri-West, finishing with 19 kills while hitting .415 from the outside hitting position. The Central Michigan commit is peaking at the perfect time in her career, with only a chance at a repeat title remaining this coming Saturday.
