Senior Lindsey Henry Lindsey Henry MH GA has been South Paulding’s leader in kills per set. Versatility is what makes her season interesting. Those aren’t three interchangeable positions. Lindsey has to alter her approach timing, her blocking read and the kind of ball she’s expecting depending on where she’s lined up.

The intangible that comes with that is adaptability. A player moving around the front row can’t afford to spend two rotations adjusting mentally every time the lineup changes. Lindsey has to understand the game well enough to step into a different assignment and still look comfortable. That kind of flexibility can be easy to undervalue when we’re sorting players neatly by position. ~ S.Fitzgerald @BenchtoBeast_prepdigga
