is a 2028 setter who brings a calm, confident presence to the court — and that composure translates directly into offensive efficiency.
She delivers a clean, repeatable release and puts hitters in rhythm consistently, especially to the pins. Logan does a strong job establishing her middles early, forcing blockers to stay honest and opening up her outside attackers in transition. Her hands are quiet, location is intentional, and she understands when to speed up tempo versus when to reset and control the rally.
What stands out is her court awareness. She reads defensive schemes, recognizes when a hitter is hot, and distributes accordingly. In scramble situations, she makes high-percentage decisions and keeps her team organized. ~Theresa @prepdigdakotas

What advice would you give to incoming freshmen as they prepare for their first high school volleyball tryouts and season?
As a freshman preparing for school tryouts I think it’s important to be eager and excited to just learn from your coaches. Being at all of the camps during the summer really helped me connect with the some of the players before tryouts.
As incoming freshmen get ready for high school tryouts, what’s the biggest piece of advice you’d share with them to help them succeed and stand out?
Advice I would give incoming freshman is to just have fun and be your self. Showing your coaches that you are determined and very competitive is very important because it shows how much you want to win. A leader is something that every team needs, so just emphasizing way’s you can lead and help your team is crucial.

McGuire was one of my favorite setters of the tournament. She has fast footwork, a high window, and a quick release that makes her highly efficient and hard to read. She also threw in several well placed setter dumps which further frazzled her opponents and made them stay grounded instead of cheating on the block. Overall, McGuire ran one of the most efficient offenses of the tournament.

Logan is a setter that every coach should have on their radar. As a freshman, she already shows remarkable maturity and court awareness that sets her apart. Logan’s ability to run an offense with precision and confidence is impressive, but what truly stands out are her dumps. At such a young age, her decision-making and execution on those plays are already some of the best you’ll see. She has the vision to recognize the right moment to surprise the defense, and she does it with such finesse and control. Logan is a player with a bright future, and as she continues to develop, she will only become more dangerous on the court. Coaches, if you’re looking for someone who has the tools to build around, Logan is a name you need to keep an eye on.
