About Logann

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I'm a volleyball player who actively invests in my development. I prioritize rigorous training, including plyometrics and agility, and I'm always working on areas my coaches identify for improvement. On the court, I focus on reading and anticipating my opponents next moves, and supporting my teammates with positive encouragement.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I bring a mentality of dedication and hard work to every practice and game. I believe in pushing myself to the limit while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude. I strive to create an environment where everyone feels valued, encouraged, and motivated to reach their full potential. My focus on teamwork, combined with my determination and work ethic, makes me a reliable and driven player.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Leadership (requires 550 spirits points, which are earned by participating in school activities) CSF Christian Club Honor Roll Scholar Athlete

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Leading my volleyball team has taught me how to motivate others, communicate effectively, and make decisions under pressure. Fulfilling school activity requirements has helped me manage my time efficiently and stay disciplined. Volunteering at church camp will help me to grow in community service, learning the importance of empathy, collaboration, and giving back to those around me.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Managing a rigorous volleyball and school schedule can be incredibly challenging, as it requires balancing intense physical training, travel for games, and academic responsibilities. This often means long days, little downtime, and the need for strong time management and discipline.
