She made a commitment to San Jose State and chose to drive to Dallas from Oklahoma to compete on TAV 17 Black Haroun this club season, putting herself in one of the most demanding 17s competitive environments in the nation. The right side demands an attacker who can generate offense from a location that is set with less frequency and often with less perfect placement, and Law has developed the swing mechanics and court awareness to produce in those conditions. As a middle blocker she has to process the game at speed, read setter tendencies, and close on the block with timing and angle accuracy. The fact that a college program has committed her to play at the next level while she is still developing those dual skill sets suggests the ceiling in both roles is substantial.
