Please welcome MacKenzie Carr MacKenzie Carr 6'1" | MB/RS Colleyville Heritage | 2029 State TX to the Prep Dig Texas State Ranking List, where she is ranked as the No. 18 overall player in the 2029 grad class. The 6’1” middle blocker from Colleyville Heritage High School and Skyline Juniors Volleyball Club is a true force in the middle with the tools to impact the game in a major way. MacKenzie brings a strong combination of size, athleticism, and timing that allows her to be highly effective both offensively and defensively. At the net, she does an excellent job of reading the play and closing the block with purpose, making it difficult for hitters to find clean angles. Her presence alone alters the way opponents approach their offense. As an attacker, she runs her routes with confidence and stays disciplined in her footwork, giving her setter a consistent and reliable option in the middle. She plays with great energy and shows a willingness to compete on every point, which adds to her overall value. What makes her especially exciting is the upside she brings as she continues to develop her game. MacKenzie is well on her way to becoming one of the top middle blockers in her class.
