We had Macy Hinz Macy Hinz OH WI in the Illinois rankings, but have moved her to Wisconsin since she preps for Clinton High School in Wisconsin.  Hinz is a physical attacker who plays for VC United out of Rockford, Illinois. She is a four spot athlete and it shows in how she moves on the volleyball court because she is smooth and natural.  She can transition off the net to attack, from passing or serve receive to attacking, and has expanded her all around game.  

Macy Hinz Macy Hinz OH WI is right along the Wisconsin/Illinois border who preps at Clinton High School in Wisconsin and plays for VC United out of Rockford, Illinois.  I was able to see her live at the Windy City Qualifier and her strength and physicality really showed while also being able to handle her own in serve receive.  She was new on my radar this year, but I’ll be excited to see her recruiting journey toward the next leve. 

Macy Macy Knapp | 2026 IA ‘ last=’Hinz’] is going to pack a punch for VC United 161 Elite where she can score in bunches on the outside.  She can also provide a big block, shutting down an opposing right side or coming in to help the middle.  I liked the pace that she could swing with, there is a lot of top spin and pop where even if the defense is able to get a touch on her ball, its going to be tough to keep in system.  She preps at Clinton High School on the Wisconsin/Illinois border and will be one to watch as recruiting heats up this summer.
