Madie is currently an unranked prospect in the 2028 Class according to our Prep Dig Texas State Rankings, but that is only because I have not released them yet. She plays volleyball for Eagle Mountain High School and currently plays for the Dallas Skyline volleyball club program. Two words come to mind when I watched her play at the tourney so far and they are Smooth and Confident. The way that she moves on the court in every aspect of the game is extremely smooth and it translates into being in perfect position to play the ball. Even in the few times that her feet don’t get her completely to the ball in order to midline it, she lunges out beautifully and is able to create amazing angles away from her body that help to rebound the ball to her setter in order to run offense. I loved how confident she was on the court no matter what happened in the game. It is very telling when you can watch a player at different points of a game and not be able to tell if her team is up by a lot or down by a lot. This just tells me that she believes in her capabilities on the court. There was never a time that she wasn’t ready to attack the ball both in the front row or the back row with aggressiveness. Her vertical and hang time was also super impressive as she soared to score. Although she might be slightly undersized in the position compared to some players, this young lady can fly and attack the ball well above the net at a high clip. I am very interested to keep watching her progress and think she deserves some looks. Please help us congratulate her on earning a Top Performer award.
