Kirlin has added in surprises on second touches for the Tigers. She shoved some balls to the corners and took swings on others for big points. Kirlin continues to set nice long and short balls, mixing in setovers and setter dumps to the 10-foot line if open. Kirlin quietly goes about her game whether Loveland is winning or losing.

Kirlin is the reigning top setter from the ECC in 2024, sharing the league lead with 922 total assists as Loveland made a nice run through both league play and the postseason, losing the eventual DII state champion in the regional final round. The Lipscomb commit in on top once again this early season as she leads the ECC currently at 88 total assists for an impressive 11.0 a/s average. Loveland is 2-0 overall with a recent win over league foe Anderson during which Kirlin dished 38 assists in guiding Loveland’s offense to 50 kills and a .217 efficiency.

Kirlin (*pictured) has nearly 1,500 career assists for Loveland with the 2024 season being one that the Tigers saw a lot of success behind her distribution. She was atop the ECC with 922 assists as they finished 15-3 in league play, good enough for 2nd place. Coming off a very competitive club season, she is poised to guide Loveland to another solid run with the hopes of improving on their regional final finish last season.
