Mallie is a five foot nine Class of 2028 middle and right side from The Bolles School who competes for OTVA, and one of the first things that stood out while watching her was the undeniable fire she brings to the court. The energy she plays with creates real momentum for her team, and it is contagious in the best way. Teammates feed off her intensity, which elevates the level of play around her. She operates with a high motor and never takes a rally off, consistently moving from pin to pin to close blocks and challenge attackers at the net. Her volleyball IQ is advanced, allowing her to recognize defensive gaps and exploit open spaces with confidence. Because she reads the block so well, she can mix in off speed shots or aggressively attack around hands to score when the opportunity presents itself.
