Her crisp 4-5 seam attacks consistently found their mark, while her ability to vary the speed of her arm swing and approach kept blockers guessing. As just a sophomore Sophia led her high school team to their first District Championship in eight years not dropping a single set in the semifinal and final. Sophia scored a total 36 kills between the two games hitting on average a 52% kill percentage and a .493 hitting percentage. She also contributed 17 digs, 3 aces, 2 blocks and 17 receptions with only one error. She led the team in total kills, kill percentage and hitting percentage powering the offense to their first District Championship since 2016.
