Esko is currently ranked No. 6 in Class AA, and one of the electric, athletic players making big waves for the Eskomos is Maren Bailey Maren Bailey 5'11" | OH/RS Esko | 2029 MN . Bailey is a strong, dynamic attacker who consistently finds ways to put the ball on the floor. Whether her team is in system or out of system, she has the ability to take a big swing and terminate. She does an excellent job in off blocker defense, transitioning quickly into the offense, and putting herself in position to deliver another powerful attack. Her athleticism, explosiveness, and ability to turn defensive plays into offensive opportunities make her an exciting player to watch as Esko makes its postseason run.

Maren Bailey Maren Bailey 5'11" | OH/RS Esko | 2029 MN scores within the flow of the rally. She stays balanced through her approach and keeps a high contact point, allowing her to work seam, deep corner, and high hands. I see her make disciplined decisions instead of forcing swings, which keeps her efficient over the course of a match. In serve receive, she delivers a consistent first contact that keeps the offense in system. She stays available in transition and continues to be a go-to option across rotations. Her ability to stay steady while still producing is what stands out.
