Marin is an athlete who really stood out to me last year at this event and throughout last season. When I saw her play, she was a 6-rotation lefty right side and simply dominated every aspect of the game. Marin brought consistency and the ability to play clean and efficiently throughout the tournament. I am excited to see her do it again this year.

Marin played all six rotations as a right-side hitter. She was fearless with her swing and earned some great points tooling the opposing block. As a lefty, she could manufacture some sharp angles on the right side to terminate across the net. Her defense was solid as well, and she was a player who consistently contributed and was not afraid to take swings out of the back row.
