Joseph has an aggressive, hard approach as a middle; she generates force and can rip a cross-body kill to work around the block. She works just as hard to stay available and draw the middle blocker away from her pins. NPJ Seattle 16 National does an outstanding job of finding great matchups around their two solid middles. Joseph has great handwork when she presses on the block; she is strong, keeps her hands wide, and can adjust to what she sees from an attacker.

Joesph was a key piece for Bonney Lake this past Fall high school season, averaging over two kills per set from the middle. At 5’10, she has good mobility and athleticism to track the ball in the transition and get herself into good situations to swing at a high touch point and to move the ball around. Her quickness is a factor defensively. NPJ 16 National finished 3rd overall at the Matt Hartner Memorial Classic this weekend.

Joseph has excellent vision of the block and is willing to mix up her shots attacking from the middle. Her skill at the net resulted in a .400 hitting percentage on the season, an outstanding number for a 2028 prospect at the 4A level.
