My favorite part about Franken is her ability to switch up her offense in the blink of an eye. One ball she’s managing to tip right over the block; the next one she’s ripping through it. I always love the players who are more than capable of powering through the block or bouncing every ball, but choose to utilize all of their tools. You can just tell that Franken plays with a much higher IQ than most, making her offensively extremely hard to defend. I am extremely excited to see how Maryn continues to excel throughout the postseason.

The hang time that Maryn Franken Maryn Franken 6'0" | MB/OH Sioux Center | 2027 State IA has is ridiculous. She manages to generate a lot of power through her approach and pairs that power with a whip of a swing. Franken also reads her opponent’s block extremely well and manages to find any holes or weak spots for her to utilize. Maryn also never shies away from taking a rip out of the back row fearlessly. Overall, Franken is a well-rounded, versatile athlete who plays a big role in the Warriors’ success.

Welcome to the rankings, Maryn Franken Maryn Franken 6'0" | MB/OH Sioux Center | 2027 State IA .  Franken is quite the athlete for Sioux Center where she made quite a name for herself at the Class 4A state tournament.  She was a six rotation middle blocker for the Warriors where they took home the runner up trophy behind North Scott. She was named 2nd Team All State in Class 4A and is also one of the top players in basketball for Sioux Center who was a state tournament team a year ago. Could Franken be a dual sport athlete at the next level?  With her ability that could be in the cards.
