Deroo is relatively new to the Oregon volleyball scene after joining it last fall. Despite that newness, Deroo has assimilated into the scene with ease, earning 6A Metro Second-Team honors for Sunset this past fall and ready to make big plays this season for the OJVA 18-1 team. Deroo has a heavy arm, a super quick swing, and a fast and explosive approach. With her natural athleticism and the improvements she’s made over this past season, Deroo will undoubtedly be one to watch this year.

A transplant for Belgium, Deroo burst onto the Oregon volleyball scene this fall! She has shown a lot of improvement this season with OJVA 17-1. She has an aggressive approach and a quick arm. With good jumping abilities, she is improving her range on the attack.
