Thomas (pictured) is one of the more versatile players returning in the 5th Region this year. Thomas pounds the ball all over the court effectively from the middle and the outside. She keeps fighting even after she gets blocked. Thomas does a good job timing her blocks and can make smooth first passes to help the Knights set up a solid offense. It should help that some of the younger players have another year of experience under their belt this fall.
