Marsh does a great job at delivering consistent clean sets to her attackers. She reverses the flow at the net really well and is also really scrappy out of the back row. She hides where she’s setting pretty well which threw off the Conway blockers. She has a good float serve too which got Conway out of rhythm.

Marsh is a very consistent setter with great connections with her attackers. Marsh and Lenox built an amazing connection this past high school and club season and will continue to grow stronger in this school season. Marsh sets quick tempo to the outside allowing them to beat the block coming from the middle. She is a very well rounded player.

Seven weeks post operation and she is back in game, ready to compete with her team. Mecate is a 5-1 rotation setter with impressive stats her previous season at Cabot High School; named #1 in 6A Central and #6 in Arkansas with 896 assists and #5 in 6A Central with 256 digs. She is currently on 501’s 17.1 team along with Macy, another phenomenal setter. Mecate has beautiful, consistent hands with a nasty setter dump. She is able to intuitively connect with her pins and middle hitters. She is not a setter you want to miss out on!
