About Natalie

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay style as calm and reliable, especially in serveand receive I aim to better the ball and keep my team in system.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am normally a shy person but when I am playing volleyball I am energetic, loud, cheering and my extroverted personality comes out. My mentality on the court is to just focus on the next touch and try to better every ball, I also am very much a team player so I am playing for the person next to me and in tight situations I think about doing it for the person next to me.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have recieved non-sport awards for my grades and GPA, I have received 3 or more awards for maintaining a high GPA throughout the school year and I am also on honor roll.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have developed great teamwork skills which has helped me be able to interact and work well with new people. I also have learned how to be a leader in my own way I have never been much of a vocal leader but an action leader, my coaches have told me I lead with my actions and set an example in the gym.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced significant challenges, I have struggled with anxiety and it definitely has affected me on the court at times, however I have learned how the manage it and not let it affect my play or my personality on the court anymore.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that will set me up for success in the future, I am also looking for a college that is a bigger school where I can make new friendships and enjoy my college expierence.
