Standing at 5’11”, she has the frame to play at a high level, and she uses that length well, both in her approach and at the net while blocking. Natasha attacks with purpose and has the ability to swing through contact rather than just getting the ball over, which tells you her mechanics are in a great place. She is effective in serve receive and understands how to stay connected to the point even when the ball is not coming to her. What stood out was her ability to compete on both pins and adjust her angles based on what the block was giving her. There is still upside here as she continues to grow into her game, but the foundation is already evident. Natasha’s offensive presence was clear from the first swing. She converts great sets into big kills and keeps defenses off balance with aggressive out of system swings. Coach Glasgow highlighted her ability to adjust her block quickly depending on the hitter, a skill that translates strongly to the next level.

Natasha shared that her mindset and strength are her greatest assets. She always gives maximum effort and uses mistakes as learning opportunities. She is focused on improving her timing and placement on attacks, along with reading opposing hitters earlier to improve her backrow defense. She is fluent in French and has played every position except libero, which explains her strong all around instincts.
