How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I excel at coverage, precise out of system setting and organized serve receive. I consistently make the small plays. I play with calm confidence, a high volleyball IQ and know our system. I bring a “nothing drops” "do or die" attitude to every point. No ball is too low, I’m quick to the floor but pride myself on staying on my feet.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I’m competitive, focused, and steady. I stay calm in pressure situations and bring a positive, team-first attitude both on and off the court. I lead by example through my consistent work ethic, positive body language, communication, and consistency. I take pride in being reliable and coachable, always looking to improve and do whatever the team needs.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I was appointed by my school AD to the CIF San Diego Section Student Leadership Advisory Council. It’s been a great opportunity to represent my school, connect with athletes from across the region, and help promote leadership and sportsmanship in high school athletics. I was also honored by my coaches with the "Varsity Newcomer of the Year" award as a freshman at Point Loma High School.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through volleyball, I’ve developed strong leadership and communication skills, especially as a libero where directing the defense is key. I’ve learned how to lead by example, staying calm under pressure, keeping energy around me high, and earning trust through consistency. Teamwork is a huge part of my game. I understand how important it is to support teammates, adjust quickly, and stay connected.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that offers a strong balance of academics and athletics, somewhere with challenging classes, great professors, and support for student-athletes. I also want a fun, welcoming campus community where students are active, involved, and proud of their school. A place with good energy, school spirit, and opportunities to connect with others both on and off the court.
