About Olivia

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

5'5", 26" vert, L/DS, 2028, Point Loma HS, Wave 15-1 Brennan. 2025 Libero of the Year and First Team All-Eastern League, San Diego City Conference. Passionate about school, volleyball, and playing at the next level, I excel in organized serve receive, coverage, and precise out-of-system setting. I bring a “nothing drops” attitude to every point.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

What sets me apart is my ability to consistently make the small plays and compete with calm confidence in some of the highest-pressure Open-level club matches. I have played a big role on teams that have consistently medaled in Open qualifiers, Jr Nationals & NIT.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I was appointed by my school AD to the CIF San Diego Section Student Leadership Advisory Council, and I am currently Vice President. It’s been a great opportunity to represent my school, connect with athletes from across the region, and help promote leadership and sportsmanship in high school athletics.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Through volleyball, I’ve developed strong leadership and communication skills, especially as a libero where directing the defense is key. I’ve learned how to lead by example, staying calm under pressure, keeping energy around me high, and earning trust through consistency. Teamwork is a huge part of my game. I understand how important it is to support teammates, adjust quickly, and stay connected.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for a college that offers a strong balance of academics and athletics, somewhere with challenging classes, great professors, and support for student-athletes. I also want a fun, welcoming campus community where students are active, involved, and proud of their school. A place with good energy, school spirit, and opportunities to connect with others both on and off the court.
