About Paisley

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay style as energetic and aggressive.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I would describe my mentality as goal-driven and determined. My personality is cheerful and outgoing.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am currently involved in STC FFA Chapter, Mid-Iowa Beef Team, Future Christian Athletes, Kids of Christ, Tama County Toledo Techs 4H, and Fearless Club Volleyball.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I display leadership both on and off the court. Playing with new girls each season has been beneficial to me as a teammate and helped me lead by example. In the 2024 season, I led my team with 184 kills and received 2nd team WaMaC All-Conference as a sophomore. I have volunteered my time at the Chelsea Car Show in the summer of 2025, lead and coordinated Bingo at an Assisted Living Facility.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Some challenges I have faced being a student-athlete are managing my time with being a student, having a job, and participating in wrestling and year-round volleyball. I have learned how to manage my time and prioritize effectively.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am interested in playing at a junior college and then enter the transfer portal. I would like to go into the Agricultural Industry after high school. A college that offers an Ag program would be my ideal college. I am open to all potential offers.

Bro’s 178 kills paced the Trojans last season. She also contributed 121 digs as a sophomore. If her performance at the LOVB Midwest Recruiting Showcase during June was any indication, Bro is bound for even more success during the 2025 prep campaign. She stands out for her consistency and versatility. An effective hitter at both pins, Bro is technically sound. She limits mistakes by not trying to do too much with her attack. When given a clean look off a nice set, Bro can hammer it down and end the point with power. Solid in the back row, she impacts matches through six rotations.
