Duncan is very explosive with her approach and is versatile enough to score from the left and the right. The main offensive player for AJV 17 Adidas, Duncan helped the team win one out of six matches to finish 11th. Although the team now has another elite scorer in outside hitter Taylor Gaines Taylor Gaines 6'0" | OH Liberty Hill | 2025 State TX , Duncan continues to be the centerpiece of their offense and she responded well, scoring at a good rate from the left and the right. She’s very explosive with her approach and makes contact with the ball at a very high point, but has several other options in her arsenal. Duncan was very good at finding difficult angles to hit around the block and was impressively effective in out-of-system plays.

An explosive outside hitter, Duncan will be a big part of AJV 17 Adidas’ offense this weekend. Very long and athletic, she can put the ball down against anyone and is a player her teammates rely on when big points are on the line. Duncan doesn’t hold anything back in any of the steps of her offensive approach, starting with a strong run, using all her power to get off the floor and swinging with impressive energy. She can score from the left, the right and the middle back and is capable of hitting different sets in each of these positions. Duncan is also solid and consistent on the backcourt, especially with her passing.

Although her AVJ 16 Adidas team won only one of their three matches, Duncan was nothing short of impressive on Saturday. She was battling older opponents but it really didn’t feel like it since she was often able to overpower whoever stood in her way across the net. Duncan puts a lot of energy in every step of her offensive routine, from approach to swing, and that made of her one of the most explosive hitters in the division. She was set at every location on the court and score at a very good rate from each of them. Duncan also did a solid job with her passing and didn’t slow down offensively even when opponents targeted her with their serves.
