Kirkham (pictured) consistently makes the simple passes putting her club and high school teams in position to run an effective offense. Kirkham shuffles her feet well covering the net against blocked balls then quickly backing up into sound first touch position. She served darts throughout club season. Kirkham said playing club for Tri-Star Juniors helped her see different types of hits thrown her way. Kirkham said she hopes to do her part to help set up the defense knowing Coleman is big on blocking.

Kirkham moves her feet well anticipating balls from serve to the whistle. She also does a great job backing off the net and moving forward to cover against blocks. She served a number of darts helping the Tri-Star Junior 17-1 team go 3-0 in Pool Play 4 in the 17/18 Premier White Division.

Kirkham has also given McCracken County a number of points off serves this year. Kirkham said facing North Oldham and Great Crossing helps the team be better prepared for tough postseason games.
