Erickson is stellar defensively from the right back, using controlled and technical movements to make great digs. She has strong hands and can push the ball from pin-to-pin with ease. Erickson also has a nice float serve.

Erickson is an excellent defender out of the setter spot and she pushes her Aspire 15 team with her energy and encouragement on the court. She gets a good read on the second ball (after she plays defense first, of course) and has the foot speed to get under the pass and deliver a clean set.
