If a definition of a right-handed right side existed in human form, Miss Edwards would fit that definition perfectly. Long, lean, and with a super high attack point, Reagan’s the complete package RIGHT NOW for next-level recruiting. I’m sure she’d be just as effective on the outside as a three-rotation option as well, but her blocking pushes her ahead of a lot of right sides in this class. She could probably stand to be a bit more wide in her blocking technique, but that’s a nitpick that can be trained in the gym with reps and time. In the early part of the club season, Reagan has been the offensive outlet for her half of the 6-2 the 16s team runs at PHP, and she’s only getting better and stronger from here.

With “Division I pin attacker” written all over her, Reagan is a next-level right side that has the entire package. She’s got size, where her block is tough to go over or around and her attack is high and hard. She has skill, which at this size looks polished and mature. She also has the comportment—-the emotional maturity to have not too many highs or lows and give that consistent high-end performance in every match. With size, skill and an above-average volleyball IQ, Reagan is a next-level player in the making.

Big and physical, Reagan is a smooth and heavy-hitting right side that can play a little middle at any level. First off, you can’t teach 6’2”. Second, she dominated at Empowered enough to transfer her talents to Pineapple High Performance, giving that roster an instant boost in skill, size and power. Reagan’s transition is also quick and deliberate—-not too many big hitters at this age from Indiana have speed AND power—-and is seemingly ready to hit on nearly every play.
