About Reagan

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Quick, versatile, 6 rotation. I earned a spot on the 2025 OVR All-Star team as starting OH for 15u.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Team player, over-comer of adversity, created secret hand shakes with each of my teammates, positive, focused, driven to be my best, learn from mistakes/errors then move forward. I love volleyball. Grew up watching my sister play. Team captain on my 2025 club 15-1 team. Supportive to my teammates. Love getting constructive criticism, gives me exact areas to work on.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I attend church and I am active in my youth group. I volunteered this year for the Breast Cancer Awareness and the Suicide Prevention drives at my school. I also raised money volunteering in the telephone drive to help fund our volleyball program in purchasing new equipment, team uniforms, and team dinners. I volunteer at the Joe Nuxhall Miracle League field helping disabled kids play sports.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I have been playing VB since 4th grade. I have learned organization skills as a student athlete. I learned a lot playing Varsity as a Freshman from the upperclassman who took me under their wing like a little sister. I’ve learned mental toughness through various challenges on & off the court. I was team captain on my 15-1 club team. My volleyball IQ has increased so much from year to year.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Working on becoming more of a threat when attacking at the Pins. I have an Elevation privates coach, Phil Renfro, who works with me weekly.

What type of college are you looking for?

I would like to play D1 in college, but I am also open to play volleyball at other levels as well.

She is looking more efficient and is striking the ball well above the net as she is learning to use her length more effectively. Her length is a huge asset and she continues to develop good control and ranged in her placement. Competing for OPVC’s top 15U team, she plays her high school ball for Fairfield.
