Originally a middle, Haley has been playing on the right for Katy this season and seems to be a very good fit in the position. Her size and length put her in a good spot to score points and she’s been making the most of it. Haley uses her high contact point to overcome blockers and has displayed a well-developed offensive game on the right, with some interesting variation and very few errors. She also continues to make an impact with her blocking, getting several touches and making things harder for opposing outside hitters.

Haley will be one of the most important players in her Memorial team in her senior year. She’s been a stud for them in the middle, but flirted with a move to the right last season, so that’s maybe where we’re going to see her. Given her offensive potential, a move to the right could make sense as she’d be more available to her setters there. Haley uses her size very well offensively, making contact with the ball at a very high point and swinging with precision. She’s also a very productive blocker, who moves well at the net and is very aggressive with her arms.
