About Riley

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my gameplay as competitive and aggressive at the net.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I would describe myself as mentally tough, cheerful, and resilient after making a mistake.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I have played the violin for 5 years

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Outside of volleyball, I’ve developed resilience, responsibility, and communication skills through balancing school, athletics, and personal challenges.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

One significant challenge I’ve faced is managing scoliosis while competing in volleyball. It has required me to stay disciplined with my body, push through discomfort at times, and focus on managing it. Going through that experience has made me mentally tougher, more resilient, and better at staying positive after setbacks or mistakes.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a college that has strong academics, that also has a supportive team culture.
